Who You Are In Christ...

If u don't believe what God says about u or what Christ has done for u, even though it's true, it won't be true for u. Everything we get from God comes to us through faith and believing what the bible says. Romans 12:2 Do not b conformed to this world but b transformed by the renewing of ur mind.

I'm a WINNER...AGAIN!!! LOL

I love it when bloggers offer giveaways...how fun!!! I've won a few things so far with the most recent one of them being "The Everything One-Pot Cookbook"...woo hoo!!! Thanks www.tightwadmomma.com - I can't wait to get it!

Dinner is the meal I struggle with - my husband comes home and wants to know "what's for dinner" and I just CRINGE...I don't live by my stomach so it doesn't make much of a difference to me. BUT with a new year comes a new leaf/resolution to become a better "meal planner". Thankfully, I've just found this site http://www.quickstarthomeschool.com/2010/12/meal-planning-for-the-non-planner/ and have been taking her advice but I'm sure this new cookbook is going to help me out a whole bunch with being able to plan me some meals! Thanks Tightwad Momma!

Characteristics of Humility

Have no problem asking God and people for help. John 15:5 apart from God, I can do nothing!
When someone mistreats you, God will give you a double reward. John 5:30 i can do nothing of myself, etc.
Humble people don't want to hurt others. Be careful about how you treat people. A humble person makes peace. Gal 6:2 - means put up with stuff.
Humble people don't pressure people to be perfect. A humble person thanks God for their strengths and thanks God for their weaknesses. 2 cor 12:7-9
When we won't forgive or aren't quick to forgive it's a manifestation of pride.
Matt 18:23-25 be quick to forgive. Don't go by how you feel, go by what the word says. Phil 2:3-5, romans 12:2 you will never have real joy until you get rid of the need to impress people and be humble before God.

Pride

Pride manifests itself in lofty airs, distancing ourselves from others and often being contemptuous of others. It causes insolent and rude treatment of others and an elevation and lifting up of ourselves.
You think u don't need God and u mistreat other people.
Wait on God to promote u. When he promotes you, he keeps u. God hates pride. A person with a pride problem almost always talks too much and at the wrong time. Don't brag. Pride goes before destruction.
1Tim3:6
Humble yourself and admit when you are wrong.
Judgement and complaining come out of pride.
Remind yourself that it's none of your business and that you don't need an opinion on their business.
Daniel 4:2-31 (it only took the king 12months to turn from having a heart for God and turning to a heart filled with pride)
God would love to bless us more if we can handle it.

If What You Do NOW Stopped TODAY...Would Your Relationship with Christ Continue?

If what u do now stopped today would ur relationship w Christ continue?
Isaiah 29:13- people come near and honor me with their mouth but their hearts are far from me. The people claimed to be close to God, but they were disobedient and merely went through the motions; therefore, God would bring judgement upon them. Religion had become routine instead of real. Often we slip into routine patterns when we worship and we neglect to give God our love and devotion. If we want to be called God's people, we must be obedient and worship him honestly and sincerely.
Matthew 7: cast demons out, i never knew u.
Act 2:42-44 -
Hebrews 10:24-25
Church should b a place of celebration, not a place for you to get filled up for the week. U should be being filled up for the week.
Social aspect of the church - u should b meeting together with others to break bread and minister to one another. If u r too busy to have time to be together with other families then u r by Biblibal standards too busy.
Practically working this out - the phone, verbal face to face communication, have dinner with others, we've lost sight of the gift God has given to us for His glory-having the ability to get believers together and break bread together. Luke 7 u don't want people in ur home cause u don't want them messing up ur home.
U have to make these practices be yours!!!

Am I coming to Perfection?

Am I coming to perfection? Growing and maturing in love.
Everytime you walk in love it will cost you something. You will have to do something you don't want to do, give away something you'd rather keep, behave in a way you don't feel like behaving.
How does the world know you are a Christian? John 13:35
Words can express love, acts of service, giving, listening, being patient with other people.
1 john 4:7-12 God is love.

7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11 Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

Don't Panic...this is ONLY a test!!!

Any of u going through some tough stuff right now or been through some tough stuff that's kind of over but u still don't understand it? We have to learn in our life that there r tests, some of them God allows or permits, some of them he even arranges. Ignoring things is never a solution. God can arrange some of these situations to face an issue in our lives. There are things that satan does that God doesn't deliver u from right away because he's going to use it to bring u to a higher level. He has ur best interest and good in mind, what he wants u to do is to trust Him. He tests us but NEVER tempts us. God never allows more to come on u than u can bare...trust Him! Don't panic...this is ONLY a test. James1:12-14 when we r tested it shows what's REALLY in us.

James1:2-3

2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

Pastors living as Kings

These men have set themselves up as kings and have forgotten they are priests. Some of those areas are in their personal life.
1 peter 2:1-10; 2 sam 8:10-18
Bring a sacrifice of praise, when all hell breaks out in ur life you go before God letting him know you love him, you won't turn from you, etc. Sacrifice your obedience to him, deny self, etc.
A king takes for himself, they expect to get what they want when they want it, they do not submit but expect everyone to submit to them, they do not serve but expect everyone to serve them.
Have u set urself up as a king instead of living like a priest?
1) do u negotiate with God? (borders in ur life? You can go this far in me but no further, etc)
2) do u negotiate laws of thought or action with God in ur life? (laws of unforgiveness, what will b right or wrong in my life)
3) do u negotiate with God services that are provided? (u give me this, i'll give u that, etc)
4) do u worry about saving face (still have pride) with God? (a spat w ur spouse, when u don't apologize and God begins to deal with u, then u begin to try to figure out how u can save face without humbling ourselves before God.)
5) do u treat God with the utmost holy respect? (do u walk before God in humility or treating him like he's ur equal? Or like a priest willing to serve him?)
6) when u read the word of God do u take it as a command or just as a suggestion? (be holy because i am holy, forgive because i say to)
Are u set up as a king or a priest???

Peace

isaiah 54:17 no weapon formed against us will prosper and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgement we shall show to be in the wrong.
You already have peace, pray for revelation about how to access peace, pray for wisdom to start choosing peace.
John 14:27 - peace i leave with you; my own peace i now give to you. Not as the world gives do i give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let them be afraid. (stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves...)

Believe

God expects us to believe, not believe and doubt then believe and doubt. John 11:40 only believe and you will see the glory of God. No matter what u r going through, your job is just to BELIEVE that God is working, no matter what you feel like, trust and believe. It may FEEL like nothing is happening but it is. We also need to know God, His character and what to expect from Him. Get in the word and remind God of what His word says.

Psalm 26:1 vindicate me o Lord, for i have walked in my integrity; i have trusted in, leaned on, and relied on the Lord without wavering and i shall not slide.

Blessing

Anytime you are going to experience blessing an attack will come. The devil goes after your weakness to destroy you.

Hide in Psalm 84 (For me personally it's Psalm 91)

1 How lovely is your dwelling place,
LORD Almighty!
2 My soul yearns, even faints,
for the courts of the LORD;
my heart and my flesh cry out
for the living God.
3 Even the sparrow has found a home,
and the swallow a nest for herself,
where she may have her young—
a place near your altar,
LORD Almighty, my King and my God.
4 Blessed are those who dwell in your house;
they are ever praising you.[c]
5 Blessed are those whose strength is in you,
whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.
6 As they pass through the Valley of Baka,
they make it a place of springs;
the autumn rains also cover it with pools.[d]
7 They go from strength to strength,
till each appears before God in Zion.
8 Hear my prayer, LORD God Almighty;
listen to me, God of Jacob.
9 Look on our shield,[e] O God;
look with favor on your anointed one.
10 Better is one day in your courts
than a thousand elsewhere;
I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God
than dwell in the tents of the wicked.
11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield;
the LORD bestows favor and honor;
no good thing does he withhold
from those whose walk is blameless.
12 LORD Almighty,
blessed is the one who trusts in you.

Trust God

Don't worry, be upset or try to fix it, God admires someone who puts their trust in Him.

Who says, you know what God, I've done what I can do, I can't do anything else, and I'm going to enjoy the journey.

To be content (AMP) = satisfied to the point that I'm not disturbed or disquieted in whatever state that I'm in...with my right now, that I'm trusting God that if it's suppose to be different today...He'll change it. If not, it is what it is, I can deal with it but I'm not going to let it steal my life. I'm self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency.

Psalm 37:1-13

1 Do not fret because of those who are evil
or be envious of those who do wrong;
2 for like the grass they will soon wither,
like green plants they will soon die away.
3 Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Take delight in the LORD,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
your vindication like the noonday sun.
7 Be still before the LORD
and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.
8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret—it leads only to evil.
9 For those who are evil will be destroyed,
but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.
10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
though you look for them, they will not be found.
11 But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy peace and prosperity.
12 The wicked plot against the righteous
and gnash their teeth at them;
13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he knows their day is coming.

Keep A Good Attitude

It is what it is, and we're going to deal with it one day at a time.
(keep a good attitude)

What is impossible with man is possible with God.

God grant me the courage to change what I can change, the courage to accept what I cannot change and the courage to be happy where I'm at on the way to where I'm going.

Don't waste your day being miserable about something we can't do anything about.

A few strange things today...

So I'm beginning to start stocking up and planning for tough times in the future (ugh, like NOW!!!:) LOL
A few strange things happened today and found me a bit anxious interested in things that could go wrong.
Like turning on the faucet and no water coming out...thankfully we DID have water but it was a bit more like a trickle...I don't know WHY or what was up with it.
Photo taken from infomediu.eu
Later I tried to use my cell and all my calls kept getting dropped and it appeared that the network was down. {UGH} It happened off and on for several hours today.
Photo taken from archive.constantcontacts.com
All of this got me thinking of better ways to prepare for things that could happen. Thankfully, my trust is in the Lord but still I don't want to be one of the 5 virgins who weren't prepared.
The FIRST in emergency preparedness (a natural disaster, terror strike, etc) is to have 1 weeks food supply and assume you have NO power.
I am finding MANY great tips at the Survival Mom.

Are you stocking up? Leave me a comment and let me know how you're doing with it.

I will love YOU for YOU!!!

I heard this new song today and it spoke so much to me. It really made me think how much we here on earth walk in “judgment” toward each other. I’m SO glad that those here on this earth are NOT my judge. I’m thankful that God loves us no matter what!!!

It’s ALL about LOVE!!!

love-92
“What’s” ALL about love you might be asking!?! This walk the Lord has us on, the WHOLE reason we are here. If you have breath today it is because the Lord God has graced you with ANOTHER day to love. To love WHAT you might be asking!?!
To love “Him” the creator of the universe, His creation, His creatures…God has called us to LOVE!!!
clouds
Do you love to the extent that God wants you to? Do you cast judgment on others when you are hurt? HOW do you walk in love??? When your kids are grown and not getting along with you – do you cast them aside and reject the gift that God has given you to LOVE? Are you spewing from the pulpit?
We are currently studying Francis Chan’s “Crazy Love” – WOW is it an eye-opener. I feel that EVERY church in America should have to do this study and see/realize WHERE they are falling short.
Are you living for God or just giving Him your leftovers??? God wants our best, deserves our best and demands our best. In Malachi they had spotless animals but chose to keep those for themselves and give their less desirable animals to God. Don’t we ALL do that? Give God just enough to get by…it’s NOT what you advertise that counts (the showy package you are in front of people) – it’s what you are REALLY made of that counts.
In our culture, even if a pastor doesn’t actually LOVE people, he can STILL be considered successful as long as he is a gifted speaker, makes his congregation laugh, or prays for “all those poor, suffering people in the world”. If I have ALL faith, so as to remove mountains but have NOT love, I am nothing.
According to God, we are here to love. Not much else really matters. So God assesses our lives based on HOW we love.
Love is patient and kind; it does NOT envy or boast; it is NOT arrogant or rude. It does NOT insist on its own way; it is NOT irritable or resentful; it does NOT rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. {1st Corinthians 13:4-8}
I learned when I sold Home Interiors that you should be able to take your own name and place it in the place of the word “Love” as to say (Kim is patient and kind, I do NOT envy or boast, I am NOT arrogant or rude, I do NOT insist on my own way, I am NOT irritable or resentful, I do not rejoice at wrongdoing but rejoice in the truth.)
I challenge you try this and see where you are measuring up or falling short. Are you walking in love???
love-83-1

Crazy Love book by Francis Chan}

Watch Glenn Beck this week 11/8-11/12

PLEASE watch Glenn Beck this week Tuesday through Thursday are the most
important. Here's a bit of an excerpt from Monday's show. I know it seems
like gloom and doom but watch so you can be informed!!!
Prices for food could skyrocket in 2011 according to the National Inflation
Association it will be the top crisis in 2011. Prices such as an ear of corn
for $11.43, $23.05 for a 25oz loaf of wheat bread, $62.21 for 32oz domino
granulated sugar, soy milk $24.31 for 32 oz, folgers coffee 11.3 oz for
$77.71, minimaid oj 64 oz $45.71, hershey 1.55oz chocolate $15.50
http://www.inflation.us/foodpriceprojections.html

An excerpt from a friend (Thanks Jim:):
While at the barbershop today, a very nice 80-year-old man was getting his hair cut. The conversation was mostly about the weather. He then asked the barber, “did you see the interview last night with George W. Bush?” The barber said no I did not. The barber asked me if I saw the interview. I replied, “I had not seen the interview but I had heard that he was going to be interviewed by Bill O'Reilly this week.”
The gentleman then proceeded to openly share his disdain for President Bush. I assumed since he was being so vocal and public about his opinion that he wouldn't mind if I shared mine.
I said that the problems that the United States is facing today are not of a Republican or Democrat nature. I said that I believe that we have a one-party system in this country and that both sides are corrupt and are collaborative in their efforts to stay in power at no matter what the cost. I also shared that I truly believe there are people in the world, who also happen to be the wealthiest people in the world, who would like nothing better than the American capitalistic system to fail.
I then said, if the past five presidents of the United States were to sit in the room with George Washington and share their vision for America, I believe that George Washington would vigorously disagree with all of them. We have strayed away from the vision of our founding fathers so far that I'm not sure we can recover.
I said that I hope Americans will lay down political ideology and begin to think more about what the Constitution has to say about our government. Practically every administration in the past 50 or so years has trampled on the Constitution with the intent of solidifying their position of power and this translates into fewer freedoms and more control over me.
I then suggested to the nice gentleman that if he has access to Fox news today, that at four o'clock he turn on Glenn Beck's program and listen to the documentary that will be presented about George Soros. This man is one of those who has openly stated that the capitalistic system of the United States must and has failed. He has also stated that we must do everything he can to cause the dollar to decline. Unfortunately there is a lot more behind-the-scenes than many of us know. Today, Glenn intends to expose what is going on with George Soros and those of his belief system.
I encourage everyone who is willing to lay down political ideology to watch the next few days while Glenn presents his case.
It will be interesting to see what comes out.
All I know is, in my lifetime the government has become more intrusive and has removed more freedoms from me than I believe was intended by our founding fathers.
If we stay on the same course, permitting the Republicans and Democrats to hunker down in their positions of power, then I fear there will come a time when I turn on the news and hear the following, “ladies and gentlemen, today is a historic day. Today the Congress has voted to retire the Constitution of the United States of America to the Smithsonian Institute. We are happy to announce that we are now under a United Nations charter and are part of a global system that will exceed the expectations of the Constitution.”
I may not see this but my children might and God forbid this ever happens. This country was not formed to look anything like the rest of the world. America is an experiment of freedom. After the signing of the Constitution, Benjamin Franklin was asked by someone, “Mr. Franklin what did you give us?”
Benjamin Franklin replied, “Madam, we have given you a republic. I hope you can keep it.”
As the gentleman left the barbershop he stopped and said, “thank you for the conversation. I hadn't thought about those things. What time was that program on Fox news?”
I hope everyone reading this has the opportunity to learn about how America is under siege by a progressive agenda.

Windows 7 & Windows Live Writer

I had Vista on my previous laptop and had TONS of issues with it recently. I had SO many programs on it that I was afraid most of them wouldn’t be compatible with Windows 7 so I didn’t want to upgrade it.

My new laptop has Windows 7 and I’m loving it…unfortunately, I was right and many of my scrapbooking, publishing and photo editing software's are NOT compatible with it but I can probably live without some of them…just got to look into getting Photoshop but have Gimp for now.

With Windows 7 is a whole package that Windows offers called Windows Live where you can do mail, photo stuff and this cool program that I’m using right now called Windows Live Writer…I’m loving it. It allows me to add a post to my blog from my desktop and then I just hit publish and viola…it’s there – WOO HOO!!!

Here’s a snipping tool capture of what I see while typing this up.

You are More…

These days I’ve been hanging on to this new tune by Tenth Avenue North – The Light Meets the Dark . Seems they have many songs that speak to me and my friends over at JOYFM keep introducing me to more of their awesome hits.
If you are toiling over something from your past there’s good news, if you’ve accepted Christ – you’ve been “REMADE”! I don’t care WHAT you’ve done or WHO you’ve done it to…God loves you, He works ALL things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.  Romans 8:28

A night away

We just went over to Pere Marquette and spent the night away to go Geocaching. (You can check that out at www.geocaching.com – basically, someone hides a box full of trinket things in the woods, gives you the coordinates and you try to find the box…it’s funSmile)

We had an ok time – the cabin was neat but it was one of those trips that you wanted to go on to get away but that you kind of knew it was a waste of money and you shouldn’t really be there spending your money like that…yep, it was one of those kinds. We were really suppose to be at the Creation Museum but something told me that we weren’t suppose to go so we did this instead…good thing too since my mother in law broke her hip and had to have a hip replacement during the time we would have been gone. So back to Pere Marquette – There wasn’t really anything to eat around there and we wasted $65 on the all you can eat Sunday brunch buffet – the food was mediocre – none of us can eat enough “all you can eat” to warrant spending $65.

Here’s a picture of the lodge…thankfully they had an awesome indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna – kinda makes up for the mediocre meal!!!

2010 10 24 Pere Marquette 005

SO – a “Big Cedar Lodge (Branson) it is NOT and the only thing it has over the YMCA Trout Lodge is the indoor pool. Needless to say, we won’t be going back there…unless I guess if they give us a free night or something like that…who am I to argue with that!?! At least we can say we’ve “Been there”!

Here’s our cabin

our cabin

Oh yeah – we DID find the Geocache – it was fun and we got a Travelbug to log too.

My office makeover - FINALLY!!!

Well - it's been a LONG time coming and unfortunately, for some reason I don't have many "BEFORE" office pictures but just know it was a TOTAL mess!!!

We were blessed so much with this project - I had envisioned a desk top space all the way around the main part of the room and a search on Craigslist brought that vision to life when we met a liquidator closing out a Linen & Things store. we got 10 2'x4'x24" wood centered melamine pieces & 2 partially rounded edge pieces for $25...WOO HOO!!! Another search on Craigslist brought us to our "New Space" cabinets - thanks to Bruce we received 15 feet of upper cabinets for $150 -a ceiling fan for $30 the paint was about $30 and that was our complete investment other than containers and things to organize stuff in.

This makeover has taken quite some time since my hubby started it for me and then had surgery in the middle of it...he was restricted on lifting so we finally ended up getting some friends to come and help and it's now done...woo hoo!!! Both of us now have our own sewing area, computer area, desk writing area and I have a very nice scrapbooking area!

Before

I received my uncles book case after he died and wanted it to be in my office but there wasn't room for it so I painted it white and laid it on it's side above my craft cabinet...I LOVE it.

One side done

After much thought - I decided to cover the center parts of the craft cabinets. I like it much better.
I know it looks a bit cluttered but it's not really!

The cabinets are installed!

Yippee - I LOVE it and am SOOO thankful to God, my hubby & BFF's husband & my brother in law!!!

We will NEVER forget!!! September 11, 2001

Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty.

May God continue to be with each of the families who lost loved ones and who sacrificed their lives for others.

May God STILL bless AMERICA!!!

Due to the economic times, the toothfairy will now issue "I Owe You's" (LOL ~ Just Kidding)

We hardly ever carry cash so we had to issue an "I Owe you". The note says "Dear ___, I owe you $1, {heart} the Toothfairy". I remember when I was a kid and got a dime or a quarter...the teeth must be worth MUCH more these days! LOL

She covered up {heart} the toothfairy because she wouldn't want anyone to think that she still believes...lol

The Girl Within conference with Vicki Courtney

This past weekend we (my daughter and I) spent the weekend in Greenwood, AR with some very dear friends who went to the Girl Within conference with Vicki Courtney.

We left on Friday around 9am to pick up my friend Sherry and her daughter. Unfortunately, we hit some road construction down Hwy 44 and spent an hour in traffic before leaving Union, MO. It was ok though...we had a good time visiting with one another. We stopped for lunch at none other than...

The girls had a great time shopping and playing checkers (oh, ok...pretending to play checkers for the picture...we had to get on the road!!! LOL)

All the construction and my weak bladder potty stops put us so close on time...thankfully we arrived at our Hampton Inn in Fort Smith, AR at 5:30pm. This was one of the nicest Hampton Inn's I have ever seen...so clean and very friendly. The rooms were GREAT and breakfast was SUPER yummy!!! We went to the 6:30 1st session of the "Girl Within" conference.

My "take home notes" from the first session:

1) Sit at Jesus' feet before you go out and serve. (What are the things that distract you?)
The Bible is God's love letter to us - Read your bible.
Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet
       and a light for my path.

2) Talk to Jesus.
1 Thess 5:17 pray continually

3) Never leave home without Him! (He's the ONLY one that can COMPLETE you!)
Psalm 145:18 The LORD is near to all who call on him,
       to all who call on him in truth.

NEVER give up on ANYONE!!!The #1 MUST have is JESUS!!!

Day 2 (Session 1)  ~ The Heart of the Matter

WHERE is ???'s behavior coming from? It's an issue of the heart - the way ??? talks, acts & dresses.

Do a heart screen to see what's going on in our hearts. Your heart is the control center for your feelings, intellect & will.
Psalm 26:2-3
 Test me, O LORD, and try me,
       examine my heart and my mind;
 for your love is ever before me,
       and I walk continually in your truth.

- Look at the need for someone to complete them, don't look at the deed (what they are doing or how they are acting out). NOTHING else completes anyone but JESUS.

- God wired our heart to love & love perfectly but because of sin we can't love completely except through God.

- We chase after other things but God sent Jesus to rescue us.

- Being a Christian is NOT about being good - I WANT to be good because no one has ever loved me like Christ does.

Test me, show me my heart and the things that I run after that aren't of you. What is it or the "gods" that you run after/draw after?

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

 Day 2 - Session 2 ~ Exercise the Heart

- Keep pushing forward.

1st Timothy 4:8 For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
1) Obedience - When you realize God's love for you, you will learn to love more & deeper.
2) Confess specifics - don't just confess "gossip".
3) Repentance - Does it follow a "godly" sorrow? Not the behavior, what's going on in the heart?

- 2 steps forward and 1 step back is STILL progress

When you come to a STOP sign - will you go straight as the Lord would have you go or will you go to the Right or to the Left as your friends are going?

God Accepts U Turns - TURN AROUND from the way you are going!

God provides "DANGER AHEAD" signs to get you back on track.

Here are some pics from our trip:

A week of fun...

We just spent a week volunteering our time out at the Strong Tower Ranch in Wright City ministering the gospel to children in the area. Our camp week had 98 kids that attended and there were several that gave their lives to Christ. I oversaw the crafts and it was alot of fun. Here are some pictures from the week:

This is the activity of "choice" for ALL the kids that attend...swimming in the pond!

A little boating...

What camp week would be complete without holding a snake???

Getting ready for the pig catch...is this Ham or Bacon??? LOL

My beautiful girl...

Wish we would have gotten a full group shot of our new friends from Marysville, Kansas. They all did an AWESOME job being counselors and helpers. These are the Roper girl leaders Ms. Kassie, Ms. Robin, Ms. Elainey.
